On August 16, Zhou Wei, deputy secretary of the CPC Changzhou Municipal Committee and mayor of Changzhou, met with Zhou Hongyi, founder and chairman of 360 Security Group, at the Municipal Administrative Center. The two leaders jointly witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between 360 Group and Zhonglou District Government.

During the meeting, Mayor Zhou warmly welcomed the delegation from 360 Group. He emphasized that Changzhou has been earnestly implementing President Xi Jinping's important instructions on developing new quality productive forces, actively promoting the deep integration of internet technologies, big data, artificial intelligence with the real economy. Recognizing 360 Group as an industry leader in digital security, Zhou expressed hope that the company would leverage its technical advantages to address Changzhou's development needs in artificial intelligence, industrial internet, energy internet and automotive internet security. He assured full governmental support to facilitate mutually beneficial cooperation.

Zhou Hongyi presented 360 Group's strategic layout in cybersecurity services, AI-enabled industrial upgrading and intelligent system applications. He spoke highly of Changzhou's favorable business environment and solid industrial foundation that has nurtured many specialized elite enterprises. The chairman expressed his expectation for deeper collaboration to explore new growth opportunities and jointly promote high-quality urban development.

According to the signed agreement, 360 Group will establish its Automotive Cybersecurity Headquarters in Zhonglou district. Key cooperative projects include constructing a National Vehicle Cybersecurity Testing Center, Changzhou AI Marketing and Security Operations Center, and Changzhou Low-altitude Security Supervision and Service Center, all designed to bolster Changzhou's innovation capabilities in intelligent connected vehicles and AI sectors.

During their stay in Changzhou, Zhou Hongyi and his delegation conducted field visits to several local high-tech enterprises including Changzhou Micro-Intelligence, Chang’an Urban Public Safety Technology, and the Yangtze River Delta headquarters of Trunk Tech.
